We are very happy to share that our CEO, Dr. David C. Kasper, has been selected as the winner of the Award for Outstanding Achievements in Rare Diseases for the category of International Scientist to recognize his great efforts and achievements in in advancing the science in Rare Diseases by the MENA Organization for Rare Diseases.
Over the past 20 years, Dr. Kasper has dedicated himself to preventive and precision medicine, with a particular focus on the continuous advancement of newborn screening, and the development and implementation of innovative laboratory diagnostic methods.
Together with his highly qualified, multi-disciplinary team and in close collaboration with numerous international colleagues, he works on substantial improvements in healthcare for individuals with Rare Diseases. These efforts are carried out within the cutting-edge laboratories of ARCHIMEDlife International Medical Laboratories ranging from biochemistry, genetics and immunology divisions, and across the amedes-Gruppe.
